About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product Success to lead the strategic launch and commercial success of new product offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and tracking measures of commercial success, analyzing and addressing barriers to success, and forming alliances with sales and customer experience executives to ensure the achievement of ROI model assumptions. This role also involves program and project management of product launches and enhancements, as well as championing product best practices to support profitable growth. The VP will work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, corporate systems, sales, and marketing, and will be a key member of the Enterprise Product Management team. Applicants for the Vice President, Product Success position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, healthcare management, or equivalent professional experience, with a minimum of 10 years' in program or product management. A strong background in the healthcare industry and experience in consulting with a focus on commercial success are preferred. The role requires exceptional presentation, communication, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to manage both Agile/Scrum and waterfall methodologies. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record in operational and change management, and the ability to drive process improvements and lead a team to support high levels of customer satisfaction.
