Job Description: As a member of the Product Strategy & Development Team for Brookfield Asset Management's Global Client Group, you will contribute directly to investment product innovation and strategic growth initiatives. Responsibilities include evaluating new business concepts, generating research and market intelligence, modeling and scenario analysis, and developing new product features to drive growth and identify opportunities.

Candidate Profile:

• 8+ years of experience in financial services, focusing on alternative asset management.
• Experience in private markets product development and implementation.
• Strong research, analytical, and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills.
• Experience in project management and handling multiple priorities.
• Team player with a proactive approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills to work across departments.
• Undergraduate degree; CFA, CAIA, MBA, or CPA credentials are a plus.

Salary Range: $230K - $250K. Compensation includes base salary and a short-term incentive (cash bonus), competitive and based on experience and credentials.
