The RoleWe are seeking a dynamic Vice President of Product Solutions Engineering to lead the development, packaging, and evolution of IP-enabled solutions across cloud, AI, modernization, FinOps, Security and infrastructure. This executive role will be responsible for driving innovation, standardization, and delivery scalability through reusable platforms, accelerators, and engineered offerings that align to our GTM strategy and customer needs.

Responsibilities Include:

• Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement the overall solutions engineering strategy aligned with the company's goals. Recruit, manage and mentor engineering/product management teams.
• Lifecycle Management: Establish and manage our development process and solutions roadmaps
• Cross Functional Engagement: Collaborate with GTM principles, release and readiness, practices, and marketing teams to understand client needs, define and deliver tailored solutions, ensuring customer value and ROI.
• Technical Expertise: Provide deep technical knowledge and oversight in solutions design and development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales GTM Teams, Vertical Leaders, practice leadership, release and readiness, operations, Innovation, and other departments to ensure seamless creation and delivery of solutions.
• Market and Product Requirements: Analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new innovation and improvement of solution offerings. Establish the key Market requirements and corresponding Solutions Specifications
• Budget Management: Oversee budget and resource allocation for solutions engineering projects.
• Performance Metrics: Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators for the solutions engineering team.
• Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among team members.

Required Experience and Professional Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field. Master's preferred
• 10 - 15+ years in engineering roles and product management roles with significant experience in leadership positions.
• 7+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of Solutions development processes, architectural frameworks, and modern technologies.
• Soft Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to build effective teams and relationships.
• Partner Experience: History of working closely with partners especially AWS and Microsoft
• Industry Knowledge: working knowledge of Industry Verticals trends and key business processes within Verticals is desired.

• Experience in organizational design and change management.

• May require 25%+ travel for client meetings or conferences.
