FTS is recruiting a VP of Operations & Supply Chain to lead and develop people through the growth of the company by optimizing output and enforcing standards across operations and supply chain. This position will report directly to the President.
Job Duties:
- Lead and manage Global Headquarters Operations accross: EHS, Production, Quality Control, Product Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Receiving, Shipping, and Logistics.
- Provide guidance across the organization in the implementation of SOPs
- Develop strategy and vision to ensure adherence with customer expectations
- Utilize LEAN methodologies
- Manage KPIs to develop long-term Operations strategy and programs.
- Foster a safety-first mentality
- Develop and manage financial budgets for Operations.
- Prepare monthly reporting and present results to the executives and Board.
Travel
This position requires up to 20% travel.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- Master's Degree is preferred
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification at minimum (Black Belt preferred)
- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred
