  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals, regulatory standards, and patient safety initiatives
  • Lead clinical teams in optimizing operating room utilization, scheduling, and staffing models
  • Ensure ongoing compliance with accreditation bodies (e.g., AAAHC, Joint Commission) and federal/state regulations
  • Collaborate with medical staff to enhance service line performance, quality of care, and patient outcomes
  • Drive initiatives to improve cost-effectiveness, throughput, and operational efficiency across surgical centers
  • Oversee capital planning, equipment procurement, and budget management for surgical departments
  • Foster leadership development and staff engagement within multidisciplinary surgical teams

✅ Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or related field required; Master's degree strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in surgical services, perioperative care, or ambulatory surgery environments
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple sites and surgical programs at an executive level
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, clinical operations, and surgical standards of care
  • Proven track record of improving operational and financial performance in complex clinical settings
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with medical staff, executives, and frontline personnel
