We are searching for an innovative leader who can craft and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with our ambitious growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Your leadership will drive efficiency and compliance in processes, ensuring scalability to support our business objectives.

You will oversee procurement activities, champion innovations to elevate service delivery, and cultivate a high-performance, customer-focused culture within your team. Building and enforcing governance for purchasing procedures, managing vendor relationships, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration will be key responsibilities as you work towards strategic alignment.

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, sourcing, or procurement within a global or high-growth setting. A strong record of scaling operations and a passion for continuous improvement using data and analytics are essential. An educational background including a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with preference given to those holding an MBA or advanced degree.
