About the Role

The company is actively seeking a visionary Vice President of Quality and Patient Safety to lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of a comprehensive global quality and patient safety framework. In this vital role, you will spearhead the development of a Quality Management System tailored to industry standards, drive performance improvement initiatives, and uphold exemplary clinical practices. This position calls for a strategic-minded leader with extensive expertise in healthcare quality, accreditation standards, and clinical risk management.

The successful candidate will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, ensure rigorous regulatory compliance, and guide the integration of data and technology to elevate patient safety and quality of care. The ideal applicant will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or clinical doctorate preferred, alongside professional certifications in healthcare quality and patient safety.

Having a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare quality, clinical risk, and patient safety is essential, particularly with a strong preference for candidates hailing from multi-site, ambulatory, or diagnostic imaging environments. A proven track record in preparing for and leading accreditation surveys, coupled with expertise in safety science and high-reliability principles, is crucial.

Experience in informatics and the implementation of AI in clinical workflows will be highly regarded. Strong leadership, training, and cultural skills are necessary, along with the ability to influence across various disciplines and a strong commitment to the organization's values.
