About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Vice President of Project Controls who is passionate about leading significant capital projects. In this critical role, you will oversee all project control activities, including cost estimating, cost control, scheduling, risk management, quality assurance, and safety assurance. You will play a vital role in establishing and maintaining effective controls, policies, and procedures for our capital program. As a senior leader in our organization, your insights and comprehensive reviews will provide support to project management teams, informing key decision-making processes.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
• At least 16 years of related experience
• A Professional Engineer or Registered Architect license (preferred)

Your experience should include managing multiple major construction projects with a focus on complex systems and alternative delivery methods. You must be proficient in developing and managing project budgets and effectively addressing risk management. To excel in this position, you will need strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment focused on results and continuous improvement.
