The Vice President of Program Strategy and Impact will provide strategic leadership and direction to the YMCA of South Florida's programs, ensuring alignment with the overall goals of the Association. The individual in this role will lead teams, manage budgets, foster collaboration, and drive program excellence. Specific responsibilities include strategic planning, program development and implementation, team leadership, and relationship management
Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 10 years of nonprofit leadership (strong preference for youth-serving organizational experience), education policy, program management or related field.• Proven success in strategic planning, program innovation, and multi-site operations.• Must be currently serving in a leadership role and have budget & oversite responsibility of over $10M within multiple sites / centers.• Expertise in data-driven decision-making, evaluation, and impact measurement.• Experience managing complex partnerships, including government agencies and funders.• Ability to communicate and develop presentations to key stakeholders to show the impact of Y work.• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus.• Excellent supervisory and organizational skills.• Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact with individuals at all levels.• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.• Excellent computer skills, (Microsoft Office; Word and Excel).
