About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving operational excellence within the product management organization, with a focus on owning and evolving product planning in alignment with the software development lifecycle. This role involves leading the product operations function, streamlining product delivery processes, and implementing governance practices to ensure that initiatives are in line with corporate goals. The VP will also be responsible for portfolio-level governance, capacity planning, and developing key metrics to measure product health and delivery velocity. Candidates for this role must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 10 years' experience in product management within a B2B SaaS environment, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position. A proven track record in building and optimizing SDLC processes at scale, strong understanding of Agile methodologies, and experience leading cross-functional teams are essential. The role requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to influence at the executive level. Proficiency in operational tools such as ADO, Jira, Confluence, Aha!, and reporting platforms is a must. An MBA or advanced degree, FinTech experience, and knowledge of the insurance industry are considered a plus.
