About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of premier cultural centers, museums, and performing arts venues, where the hospitality programs include a la carte fine dining restaurants, cafes, coffee bars, intermission bars, and catering. This pivotal role involves strategic partnership with the Restaurant Services Team, collaborating on planning, program development, financial management, and fostering a culture of excellence. The VP of Operations will also be tasked with achieving financial targets, cultivating a proactive sales culture, ensuring operational efficiency, and client satisfaction. A key focus is on people, performance, and culture, including building and leading a high-performing team, and establishing a performance culture around core values. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in senior management, particularly in multi-unit restaurant, corporate dining, or hotel settings.
