A key focus is on people, performance, and culture, including building and leading a high-performing team, and establishing a performance culture around core values. Applicants for the Vice President of Operations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in senior management, particularly in multi-unit restaurant, corporate dining, or hotel settings.
