Vice President of Operations - MEGAZONECLOUD GLOBAL : Job Details

Job Description

We are looking for a proven operations leader to join the senior-executive team. The Vice President of Operation is the senior executive accountable for delivering profitable, scalable, and high-quality cloud and ai-native consulting and managed-services engagements. You will own end-to-end service delivery, resource capacity planning, project governance, and operational excellence across multi-cloud transformation, modernization, and cloud-native application programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaboratively define a 3-year operating model that aligns capacity, processes, and tooling with revenue and margin targets.
• Establish SLAs and KPIs for delivery, utilization, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Forecast demand and set hiring plans for engineers, project managers, and quality teams.
• Optimize on-shore, near-shore, and off-shore delivery mixes to balance cost, quality, and client proximity.
• Partner with HR on recruitment, onboarding, upskilling, and retention initiatives.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive operations or delivery leadership in cloud consulting, SI, or managed-services organizations
• Proven track record managing multi-million-dollar, cloud-native transformation and managed-services portfolios (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Established relationships with hyperscaler partner teams (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams that drive customer solution innovation
• Entrepreneurial drive and mindset operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
