About the Role

The Company is in need of a seasoned Hyperscale Data Center General Manager to take on the role of in-house data center subject matter expert and lead the design and construction management process. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all data center projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with the company's quality and technical standards. This critical position requires a professional with a proven track record in data center development, construction management, and team leadership, particularly in the context of large-scale and brownfield projects, as well as experience with liquid-cooled data centers.Key responsibilities for the role include project planning and delivery, design and construction management, team leadership and collaboration, risk management, quality assurance, budgeting, and cost management. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in the field, strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, and be proficient in project management tools. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with relevant certifications being preferred. Experience with hyperscale data center operators or technology companies, as well as familiarity with sustainable design principles and energy efficiency strategies, is considered a plus. The role demands a professional who can effectively manage stakeholders, ensure compliance with company policies, and maintain relationships with local authorities and vendors.
