The Vice President of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, administering employee benefits, spearheading change management, and overseeing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS). The Vice President will also work closely with other executives to align HR strategies with the organization's goals and mission, including becoming One ArgusQualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and Human Resources Policies
• Skills in managing Employee Relations and Employee Benefits
• Proficiency with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• SHRM certification
• Experience in a non-profit or social service organization is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in the New York City Metropolitan Area
