About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Engineering Leadership to craft and execute the engineering strategy at our North American operations. As a pivotal leader, you will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives, oversee capital project planning and execution, and uphold the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, the implementation of industry-leading engineering practices, and management of a dedicated team of professionals across multiple facilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of progressive engineering leadership experience in the food and beverage or manufacturing sectors. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is essential, and a Master's degree is preferred. We are looking for a leader with a robust background in multi-site operations and large-scale capital projects, complemented by expertise in automation, process engineering, and plant maintenance.
