The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing clinical operations strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals, and collaborating with executive leadership and external stakeholders to drive the success of the clinical program. Key responsibilities include clinical trial oversight, resource and vendor management, cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, budget and forecasting, regulatory compliance, and team leadership. Applicants for the VP of Clinical Operations position at the company must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in clinical operations, with at least 10 years' in leadership roles within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. A background in cell and gene therapy, particularly in interventional studies in the nervous system, is required.
