What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage a global IT Service Desk (Tier 1–3 support)
- Oversee vendor relationships, incident management, and SLAs
- Supervise on-site and outsourced support teams across all regions
- Drive operational and strategic improvements in service delivery, efficiency, and user experience
What You'll Bring:
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure/service desk roles, with 5+ in leadership
- Experience managing large, global, multilingual support teams
- Strong communication, vendor management, and strategic thinking skills
- Proven ability to drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment
