About the Role

The Company is seeking an HR Business Advisor to join their firm-wide HR Business Advisor organization. This role is pivotal in supporting the execution of strategic priorities set by senior leaders and providing essential support on core HR activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for working with managers at all levels to implement people agenda initiatives, offering day-to-day advice on human capital matters, and advising on organizational changes. Additionally, the role involves supporting the year-end compensation process, performance and talent management cycles, and facilitating various HR-related processes and initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 6 years' of HR experience, a Bachelor's degree, and a strong knowledge of a full range of people practices in a business setting. The role requires project management abilities, technical proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to utilize critical thinking and analytical skills to identify issues and develop solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in coaching employees and management, exceptional judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively in a global matrix organization. Responsibilities also include providing front-line support for HR risk and controls initiatives, project management for HR-related initiatives, and leveraging data to create HR strategies that drive business results.
