Lutheran Social Service of MN is seeking an experienced HR professional with proven strategic expertise for the position of Vice President, HR. The successful candidate will lead a team of 11 HR professionals and manage a budget of over $2 million. This executive role provides leadership for the HR function and is responsible for developing HR strategies that support the organization's multi-year goals related to service innovation, health outcomes, and its commitment to Social Justice and Anti-Racism.
The VP of HR will serve as a member of the CEO's Cabinet, advise the executive team, and act as the primary HR Business Partner to senior leadership.
