The Vice President, Head of Real Estate Transactions & Portfolio Management is a senior leader responsible for overseeing the strategic, financial, and operational performance of the organization's real estate portfolio. This includes end-to-end asset management, execution of leasing, acquisition, and disposition transactions, and delivery of major capital projects. The Vice President partners with cross-functional teams to align real estate strategy with enterprise objectives while ensuring strong financial performance, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across the portfolio. Asset & Portfolio Management:Lead the strategic planning and execution of the company's real estate portfolio, including laboratories, blood donation centers, logistics hubs, and office facilities.
