The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the global strategy for SDS authoring services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and compliant services to clients worldwide. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong focus on execution, a passion for developing people, and the ability to drive change through the use of automation and AI. The Vice President will also be tasked with managing an annual operating budget, creating a delivery model that combines regulatory accuracy with operational innovation, and overseeing global service delivery to meet international regulatory standards and customer SLAs. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' of experience in SDS authoring, regulatory compliance, or global service delivery leadership, and a proven track record of leading large-scale, global service operations. A deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks and SDS authoring platforms is essential, as is experience in driving automation, AI/ML adoption, and scalable process improvements. The role demands strong operational and financial acumen, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and experience in implementing ISO 9001-compliant quality systems. The ideal candidate will have a strategic, customer-first mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
