Division Description:

Global Banking and Advisory (GLBA) combines wholesale coverage with product, financing, and advisory expertise to support our clients worldwide. Our teams promote bank products and services globally, providing capital raising, financing, and advisory services.

• Support the distribution and execution of US fund finance transactions globally, from initial engagement with sponsors to risk distribution to investors.
• Create innovative structures for fund finance assets to expand distribution channels to institutional clients.
• Liaise with deal parties such as lawyers, rating agencies, risk, and sales teams throughout transactions.
• Prepare credit analyses and marketing materials to engage prospective buyers.
• Collaborate with SG's asset managers to raise LP capital for fund finance products.
• Produce reports and presentations for loan credit applications to SG's Risk department and Senior Management.
• Assist in developing and maintaining models and applications for the Fund Financing Platform.

Profile Required

Must Have:

• Expertise in fund finance product structuring, originating, or distribution of loans.
• 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Master's or bachelor's degree from a top-tier university (preferably in economics, accounting, or finance).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; excellent communication skills; team-oriented.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• High attention to detail; organized; results-oriented.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Language: English.

Role License Requirements:

• Series 79, 63 preferred but not required initially; securities licenses must be obtained if not already held.
