A strong focus on efficiency, effectiveness, and the ability to foster collaboration and transparency is essential.Applicants for the CFO position at the company should possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in finance and administration, with a preference for those who have worked in higher education or related sectors. The role requires a candidate with unquestioned integrity, superior analytical and management skills, and a proven track record of working with boards of trustees. The ideal CFO will be a strategic thinker, an exceptional communicator, and a leader who is adept at managing multiple priorities. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
