About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) to lead a team in New York. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial planning, portfolio analysis, and performance reporting. This includes leading the budgeting and forecasting process for the management company and investment funds, as well as partnering with senior leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives and assess investment performance. The role also involves improving data governance, particularly in the areas of portfolio analytics, financial modeling, and KPI dashboards.Candidates for the Vice President (FP&A) position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in a relevant field, with a CPA or CFA strongly preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or consulting. The ideal candidate will have a background in private equity, alternative investments, or asset management, and possess advanced technical skills in Excel, GAAP, fund accounting, and alternative investments. A deep understanding of private equity and alternative investment strategies, as well as experience in building and leading high-performing FP&A teams, is essential. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional analytical, leadership, and communication skills, who can deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
