About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Ethics and Compliance to lead and oversee its compliance and ethics program, with a focus on privacy and information governance. This role involves providing strategic leadership, reporting on compliance performance, and ensuring a culture of ethics and compliance is maintained throughout the organization. The Vice President will also be a key partner in risk management, serving as a subject matter expert, and will be expected to influence and drive change at all levels of the company. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of experience in business management leadership of compliance functions, with a preference for those with a background in managed care or healthcare services. The role requires a proven change agent with excellent presentation, writing, and analytical skills, and the ability to manage compliance governance activities and inspire cross-functional teams. Strategic thinking, long-range planning, and the ability to distill complex concepts into clear communications are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business strategies and the ability to formulate effective solutions for operational improvements. An advanced degree in a relevant discipline is a plus, and the role demands a high level of integrity, trust, and the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
