Develop and implement a manufacturing plan with measurable goals to achieve annual and long term strategic objectives. Drive the transformation to a Lean environment and lead the implementation of the 80/20 philosophy across the organization. Direct all plant operations personnel to:Assess and implement manufacturing technology to lower cost. Ensure the manufacture of quality products which are delivered Achieve lead times to meet market expectations. Promote safe work practices that achieve safety statistics that are better than similar industries accident statistics. Address any customer complaints quickly and implement corrective actions. Maintain good labor relations. Develop and implement employee training and testing programs. Ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, etc.).
