About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Vice President of Data Analytics for Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) to enhance our CRA Strategy & Enterprise Support team. In this pivotal role, you will develop and maintain a robust CRA performance monitoring framework, ensuring we not only meet but exceed our CRA objectives. Collaborating closely with various business lines, you will ensure compliance with CRA requirements while serving as a subject matter expert in strategic CRA data analysis.

Ideal candidates will possess a passion for community reinvestment and financial empowerment, along with an innovative approach to leveraging data. With a minimum of 5 years of data analytics experience—preferably with CRA, HMDA, and related regulations—you will demonstrate strong analytical skills and excellent communication abilities. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; a Master's degree is advantageous. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and familiarity with CRA Wiz, Tableau, and ArcGIS will be beneficial.

As a strategic thinker with attention to detail, you will manage multiple projects effectively and thrive under pressure. Responsibilities include preparing CRA examination materials, building solid relationships with regulators, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in data analytics.
