A not-for-profit housing/mental health organization located in Brooklyn, NY (Atlantic Avenue), seeking to hire a Vice President of Clinics Integrated Services.
Licensed Social Worker (LCSW Required)
The Vice President of Integrated Services provides clinical, administrative, and financial oversight to the clinics, and School Based Programs. The VP is responsible for establishing programmatic goals, monitoring and supporting personnel in each program, meeting quality assurance and outcome measures, and ensuring operational and financial compliance with local, State, and other rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Experience
Education:
Licensed Psychologist or Licensed Social Worker (LCSW highly preferred) with current, valid NYS registration.
Training and Experience:
7 years minimum clinical experience and 5 years minimum progressive administrative and/or supervisory experience preferred.
Job Knowledge: Must have a good understanding of NYS OMH, and NYCDHMH regulations. Successful track record of leading diverse interdisciplinary staff is essential.
Language: Bilingual is a plus (Spanish, Russian, Haitian-Creole or other language prevalent in the school setting).
