Our mission is to enhance lives and legacies.Vice President, Client Operations - Asset TransfersSan Francisco, California (or Portsmouth, New Hampshire)The Vice President, Client Operations - Asset Transfers will play an essential role in leading the end-to-end payment product lifecycle, setting forward-looking strategy, reducing risk, and creating operations efficiency. This individual will work closely with external custodians and with our internal Client Service team. Your RolePrimary responsibilities include:
  • Assist in overseeing day-to-day money movements (e.g., wires, checks, journals, and ACH transfers) for family office clients
  • Partner in providing oversight to the Asset Transfer team; assist in day-to-day support of operations, metrics, and performance of the team
  • Investigate payment discrepancies and proactively identify potential missing invoices and payments
  • Partner with the business to manage family office private banking needs including, coordination and execution of custodian authorizations, establishing recurring payments, and vendor verification
  • Collaborate with cross-divisional teams such as operations, legal, compliance and risk where needed
  • Responsible for maintaining Asset Transfer policies and procedures
About You
  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of professional work experience
  • Have experience supporting family office clients or have worked in wealth management, public accounting, or fund administration
  • Proven experience delivering on fraud reducing technology projects
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment as part of a collaborative team
  • Can manage multiple daily deadlines while also working toward long term goals
  • Possess a service-oriented mindset and are motivated to help others

Compensation & BenefitsCompensation at Jordan Park includes a base salary, discretionary year-end bonus, benefits and other perks. We apply a total reward philosophy when determining compensation terms.The expected base salary for this role in San Francisco, California will range from $125,000 - $175,000 per year commensurate with experience, job-related skills, relevant education, licenses and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
