Job Title and Location

VP, Business Continuity/Recovery II - Hybrid (Lake Mary, FL or Pittsburgh, PA)

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee complex business resiliency activities and incident management governance.
  • Improve incident response processes, analyze trends, and perform Root Cause Analysis.
  • Assess and report on business continuity and recovery preparedness indicators.
  • Plan for standard risks and address control gaps.
  • Support compliance with client and regulatory requirements, including training and quality assurance.
  • Promote a strong business continuity culture across the organization.
  • Assist in drafting the master resolution and recovery playbook, including crisis actions.
  • No direct reports.
  • Minimum Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • 7-10 years of relevant work experience preferred.

    Benefits and Compensation

    BNY Mellon offers competitive pay, benefits, and wellbeing programs, including flexible resources, paid leaves, and volunteer time. The starting salary range is $81,000 to $149,000, determined based on experience and location, and may include bonuses and incentives.
