Position Summary

We are a leading luxury goods company seeking a visionary Vice President, Brand Manager for our full-price Timepieces division. This senior leader will own all aspects of brand strategy, merchandising, creative direction, and marketing to elevate the brand's presence in the global luxury marketplace. Reporting to the Divisional President, you will partner across Sales, Planning, Design, Product Development, Manufacturing, Marketing, and eCommerce to drive growth while maintaining uncompromising brand prestige.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the brand's central steward, ensuring all product, messaging, and experiences reflect luxury positioning.
  • Lead seasonal merchandising, SKU strategy, and product lifecycle planning up to 18 months in advance.
  • Oversee creative and marketing direction, including campaign development, eCommerce content, and visual merchandising.
  • Partner with Sales and Planning to create channel strategies, forecast demand, and manage inventory.
  • Drive integration of the brand into the Timepieces division, aligning identity, operations, and processes.
  • Approve all brand-created products, marketing materials, and sales distribution opportunities.
  • Manage the brand's P&L and KPIs, using market insights to guide strategy and ensure profitability.
  • Represent the brand at key account meetings, trade shows, and high-profile events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years in brand management, merchandising, or marketing, preferably in luxury timepieces, fine jewelry, or high-end accessories.
  • Proven success scaling a luxury brand while preserving its identity.
  • Strong leadership, creative vision, and analytical skills.
