The Enterprise Data Team is looking for a Vice President of Audience Analytics to be responsible for blending advanced data science with consumer insights to drive business impact across enterprise-level marketing and advertising. Reporting to the SVP of Data Product Development, this role leads and develops a high-performing, cross-functional team that combines expertise in analytics, research, and data science to unlock a deep understanding of audience behavior and engagement.
This leader will guide the organization's transition to consumer-centric decision-making, applying cutting-edge techniquesincluding machine learning models, segmentation, and persona developmentto support business growth, campaign performance, and brand resonance. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial ethos, an ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and a working knowledge of the current digital media landscape. This role is based in New York City.

In accordance with applicable law, Hearst is required to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation for this role if hired in New York City. The reasonable estimate, if hired in New York City, is $260,000 to $350,000. Please note this information is specific to those hired in New York City. If this role is open to candidates outside of New York City, the salary range would be aligned to that specific location. A final decision on the successful candidate's starting salary will be based on a number of permissible, non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to skills and experience, training, certifications, and education.
