Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level executives (CIO, CDO, CTO, CXO) to shape AI and technology transformation strategies.
  • Lead enterprise-wide AI thought leadership, including Generative AI, Agentic AI, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop and drive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and innovation priorities.
  • Represent the organization at industry forums, executive briefings, and key customer engagements.
  • Partner with product, engineering, data, and business teams to translate vision into executable initiatives.
  • Identify AI-driven growth opportunities and drive executive buy-in for pilot and scale initiatives.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of AI strategists, architects, and engineers.
  • Lead enterprise education on AI ethics, governance, and responsible AI deployment.
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field. MBA or Executive Education from a reputed institution is a plus.

Experience: Strong technologist with a background in end-to-end solutioning/architecting experience. Experience in executive-level advisory roles, engaging with C-suite stakeholders. Hands-on leadership in AI/ML initiatives, including Generative AI, Agentic AI and Conversational AI. Experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation and innovation initiatives. Proven track record of building and leading high-performance teams in fast-paced environments.

Primary Skills (Must-Have):

  • Executive presence and exceptional communication skills for C-level conversations.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies: Generative AI (LLMs), Agentic AI frameworks, Conversational AI, ML Ops.
  • Deep understanding of one of the Business/Domain expertise - e.g., Retail, FS, CPG, Life Science, HealthCare.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to articulate AIs business impact in boardroom settings.
  • Strong understanding of AI governance, ethics, risk management, and compliance.
  • Experience in designing AI-enabled enterprise architectures and data strategies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Secondary Skills (Good-to-Have): Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and AI/ML services offered.
  • Understanding of data platforms, APIs, integration strategies, and agent-based architectures.
  • Knowledge of modern software engineering practices (microservices, APIs, DevOps).
  • Exposure to industry-specific AI applications (Finance, Healthcare, Manufacturing, etc.).
  • Public speaking experience at conferences, webinars, or industry forums.
  • MBA or Executive Education from a reputed institution is a plus.

Compensation & Location

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by factors including the applicants experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, geographic location, and internal equity.

Work-from-Anywhere Roles Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible for this role.

Location-based Roles Los Angeles, California-based candidates are not eligible for this role. Dallas Metro area candidates are eligible for this role only.
