What You'll Do: - Greet clients and manage their experience from first call to final goodbye-ensuring it's smooth, warm, and worry-free.
- Answer phones, book appointments, and offer clear, compassionate communication every step of the way.
- Partner with the medical team to keep the day flowing smoothly, your coordination supports great patient care.
- Keep the front-of-house clean, calm, and organized, it's your domain.
- Think proactively to support clients, protect the business, and improve systems without being asked.
- Handle retail purchases, payments, and prescription requests with accuracy and a client-first mindset.
What We're Looking For: - Strong background in customer service (retail, hospitality, or vet med is all relevant).
- Confident communicator: clear, warm, and professional across phone, email, and in person.
- Tech-savvy and detail-oriented: you keep things organized even in a fast-paced setting.
- Emotionally intelligent and calm under pressure, especially when navigating escalated client situations.
- Team-oriented, self-starting, and excited to grow within a positive, purpose-driven culture.
- Bonus if you've worked in animal care, but not required if you've got the heart and hustle we're looking for.
