• Gently handle and restrain pets - think firm but loving, like you're convincing a toddler to wear pants.
• Assist doctors and technicians during exams, treatments, and diagnostics (you might be holding a paw one minute and a microscope slide the next).
• Take thorough patient histories without being distracted by puppy-dog eyes.
• Keep treatment areas clean enough that your mother would approve.
• Restock supplies - because nothing kills momentum like realizing you're out of gauze mid-procedure.
• Learn new skills and grow your knowledge every single day (and maybe pick up a few fun pet facts to impress your friends).

What We're Looking For

• Bonus points for 2+ years in a veterinary setting, but we're also open to quick learners with the right attitude.
• Solid communication skills - both with people and with pets who may not be thrilled to see us.
• Calm, adaptable, and good at rolling with the unexpected (because pets don't read the appointment schedule).
• A positive teammate who can spot what needs to be done without being asked.
• Comfortable lifting and restraining pets up to 40 lbs (occasionally more, if they've been hitting the treat jar).
• Able to stand for most of your shift without losing steam.
