We'd be excited to work with someone who: Has at least 2 years of experience in small animal care Knows how to assist with surgery, monitor anesthesia, and place IVs Can multitask and communicate clearly in a fast-paced environment Loves working as part of a team and always puts pets first Daily Responsibilities: Assist with opening and closing tasks at the hospital Provide care for our patients Follow up with clients daily Aid in X-rays and patient restraint Handle blood work and operate lab machines Administer injections and medications Place IVs and perform cytologies Monitor patients during surgery Required Skills: Experience in animal restraint and small animal care Ability to assist with surgical preparation and anesthesia monitoring Strong client education skills Fear Free Certified preferred We are looking for detail-oriented candidates who can multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
