At Country View Family Farms (CVFF), we're seeking a Regional Veterinarian to lead animal health initiatives across our sow system operations in Indiana. What You'll Do Drive herd health programs across our farrow-to-finish sow systems. Lead animal health and welfare activities while supporting farm teams with hands-on training. Partner in research and development, advancing our Farm Promise Program. Oversee biosecurity committees and SOPs to ensure the highest standards of care. Manage vendor and pharmaceutical company relationships. Monitor budgets and forecasts while helping shape the future of pork production. Represent CVFF and Clemens Food Group in industry animal care groups. What We're Looking For Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent, with ability to obtain licenses in relevant states. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with a goal-oriented mindset. Comfort working in barn environments with the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Availability for overnight travel one week per month. Commitment to exceeding industry standards in animal care and welfare.
