ProSidian seeks a Vendor Performance & Contract Efficiency Manager | Process Improvement Analyst 3 [MontCo0021020] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Norristown PA Across The CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting A county government in the State of Pennsylvania (known as MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat.

Seeking Vendor Performance & Contract Efficiency Manager candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Process Improvement Analyst 3 Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Operations (Vendor Performance & Contract Efficiency Manager) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focussing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Vendor Performance & Contract Efficiency Manager | Process Improvement Analyst 3 [MontCo0021020]

  • Track and assess vendor performance across contract lifecycles. Enforce SLAs and identify cost inefficiencies. Collaborate with contract owners and procurement officers to ensure accountability and service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

Desired Qualifications For Vendor Performance & Contract Efficiency Manager | Process Improvement Analyst 3 [MontCo0021020] (MontCo0021020) Candidates:

  • Familiarity with performance-based contracting, vendor evaluation, and continuous improvement practices.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's in Business, Operations, or Procurement. 46 years of vendor management and contract oversight experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • KPI tracking, vendor scorecards, SLA enforcement, stakeholder management, data visualization tools.

COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Accountability, customer service focus, analytical ability, cross-functional collaboration.

ANCILLARY DETAILS OF THE ROLES

  • Facilitates vendor review meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Develops vendor improvement plans and tracks follow-through.
