Summary:

The Vendor Manager oversees vendor portfolios and relationships for assigned business units. Acting as a trusted advisor, this role leads sourcing, selection, negotiation, contracting, and governance efforts to ensure cost-effectiveness, risk management, and strong vendor performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with business units to plan vendor needs, review performance, and align on strategy.
• Lead contract lifecycle activities including renewals, amendments, and new agreements.
• Drive sourcing, selection, and negotiations with vendors to ensure optimal terms and service.
• Oversee vendor governance, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
• Manage executive-level vendor relationships and formal dispute resolution.
• Support enterprise projects and vendor management framework improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or 7–10 years of relevant experience).
• 5+ years managing enterprise vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, and contracting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and vendor strategy.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and travel as needed.
• Regular, reliable attendance and adherence to corporate values and privacy standards.
