The firm oversees $151 billion in client assets as of December 31, 2024.PositionThe Vendor Management Analyst will support the Head of Vendor Management across the full life cycle of vendor activities, including planning, due diligence, contract reviews, ongoing monitoring, business continuity planning, and terminations. The role involves managing and updating the team's third-party management application and driving process automation and reporting to enhance the Vendor Management program.ResponsibilitiesSupport the Head of Vendor Management in defining vendor requirements and negotiating contracts, including contract administration of NDAs, SOWs, and terminations.Coordinate vendor reviews and agreements with internal stakeholders such as legal, compliance, finance, and technology.Collaborate with internal control partners to ensure engagement and approval processes are followed.Manage RFI/RFP processes for new vendor evaluations and coordinate with vendors for due diligence documentation.Oversee ongoing governance of third-party vendors, including performance and invoicing.Escalate vendor performance and security issues as needed.Manage specific projects from inception to completion.Qualifications2-4 years of experience in Vendor Management or Third-Party Risk Management.Bachelor's degree required.Strong communication, attention to detail, and project management skills.Ability to work independently and prioritize effectively.SkillsProblem-solving, entrepreneurial mindset, and independent work capability.Excellent writing skills for concise contract summaries.Experience with RFI/RFP lifecycle management.Understanding of vendor contract financial modeling.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with risk/vendor management systems preferred.Strong time management, adaptability, discretion, and curiosity.Compensation RangeThe base salary range is $80,000 to $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
