Position Purpose: Fill in on vending and micro market delivery routes as needed, ensuring machines and markets are fully stocked, clean, and customer-ready. When not covering a route, assist with daily warehouse operations to support the broader vending team. This role requires flexibility, independence, and strong attention to detail to maintain product availability and customer satisfaction across our service area. Essential Functions

• Responsible for loading, delivering, and merchandising items such as soft drinks, non-carbonated drinks, coffee products, cups, condiments, snack items, fresh food, and sundries to customers' places of business.

• Replenish market and vending items; clean and sanitize all vending / micro market equipment and display/checkout areas; inventory market and vending items; collect all cash / coins within designated retail markets and vending locations.
• Rotate stock to ensure first-in and first-out product utilization in reach-in coolers, on shelves, coffee racks, and in vending machines in designated retail markets and vending locations.
• Assist company management with communication with customers of new products or services.
• Responsible for setting up merchandise and sales promotion displays. Issue sales promotion materials to customers.
• Responsible for executing all company plan-o-grams and promotions.
• Wear designated uniforms every working day, which consist of company-provided polos and hat, and self-purchased black pants or shorts.
• Serve as a route substitute across various territories as needed based on staffing, vacation schedules, or demand.
• Assist in daily warehouse functions when not assigned to a delivery route, including order staging, restocking, or general upkeep.
• Any additional task assigned by manager; duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time with or without notice.

Ideal Candidate Profile: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to excel at the essential functions assigned. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required. Required Experience / Skills:

• Must be at least 21 years old (DOT) and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to consent to a pre-employment background check and pre-employment drug screen.
• Ability to follow workplace safety policies and guidelines.

Additional Information Schedule: Monday - Friday; Start times vary between 1:00am-4:30am depending on assigned coverage. Flexibility is required due to changing route needs. Occasional Saturday work may be required. Physical Demands:The employee must be able to lift 50lbs+ on a repetitive basis and have the ability to reach, bend, and stoop on a frequent basis.
