Contract Duration: 6 Months

• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Highly adaptable to process and system changes.
• Detail-oriented with good judgment and problem-solving skills.
• Effective time management.
• Able to initiate and manage a high volume of outbound phone calls.
• AS400 experience.
• Transportation logistics experience.
• Call center experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer relations skills.

• Entry of orders from AS400 to HQ2, manual orders keyed into AS400 to move to HQ2.
• Verification of vehicles to be transported via phone and email - contacting repo agents, dealerships, body shops, and residences.
• Responding to emails throughout the day from various sources.
• Dispatching dealer units to carriers throughout the Midwest.
• Communicating between clients, auction partners, and internal parties.
• Attend team meetings and company meetings (remotely via TEAMS).
• Contacting carriers for updates.
• Heavy data entry.
• Account owner for multiple accounts, e.g., Ford, Honda, Mercedes.
