Join to apply for the Veeva Quality Business Support role at Katalyst CRO.

The responsibilities include:

  • Completing required internal training on client's System Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Business SOPs, etc.
  • Supporting the client Quality team with daily operational activities such as meetings and training sessions.
  • Supporting all assigned business-related design and configuration activities for the Veeva Vault implementation under the leadership of the client Quality Veeva team.
  • Participating in functional and process design review sessions, assisting Business Leads with documentation and follow-ups.
  • Providing support to project SMEs during process reviews and testing activities.
  • Executing system testing and providing feedback.
  • Assisting with the creation and review of work instructions, procedures, and training modules.
  • Collaborating closely with IT teams and supporting deployment and migration activities.
  • Performing additional activities as requested by the client.

    • The requirements include:

    • Bachelor's degree in science, regulatory, computer science, or management; advanced degree preferred.
    • 5+ years experience with GxP systems, including implementation, deployment, and data migration in the pharmaceutical industry.
    • Experience working in large, multinational companies.
    • Preferred experience with Veeva Quality Vault.
    • Project/program management experience.
    • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools.

    The position is Mid-Senior level, Contract employment, in the Quality Assurance function within the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry.
