Our propensity to nurture and build strong relationships with our clients helps us better understand their business demands and gives us the ability to provide services that are on time and rise above the rest.Job Title: Varicent ICM DeveloperLocation: RemoteDuration: 12 Months contract________________________________________Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Varicent ICM Developer to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) platform This role will work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams to deliver a scalable, integrated solution that supports our incentive compensation strategies.________________________________________Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end implementation of the Varicent ICM platform, including system design, configuration, and deployment.Collaborate with business and product teams to gather requirements and translate them into functional Varicent models.Design and develop calculation logic, workflows, and reporting metrics using Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin tools.Configure compensation plans, quotas, crediting rules, and incentive structures within Varicent.Build and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS) for data ingestion and export.Perform data modeling, transformation, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and performance.Create dashboards and reports to support compensation analytics and business insights.Provide technical documentation, training, and support to end users and stakeholders.Participate in system upgrades, testing, and ongoing enhancements.________________________________________Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.5+ years of experience in Varicent (formerly IBM ICM/SPM) development and implementation.Strong hands-on experience with Varicent Composer, Reports Studio, and Web Admin.Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL tools.Experience integrating Varicent with enterprise systems such as Salesforce, Workday, SAP, or Oracle (preferred).Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Comfortable in a fast-paced, agile development environment.________________________________________Preferred QualificationsExperience in incentive compensation design or sales operations.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.Experience with Oracle HCM and Oracle FinancialsVaricent certification(s) a plus.Job title: Database Developer: IV (Lead)Number of positions: 1Duration: 1 yearLocation: RemoteInterview information:2 round interview (30 40 minutes)Hours: 9-5 Full time 40 hour week
