As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$174,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Lead discovery-based business processes with both marketers and agencies/partners. Including developing custom business cases and financial models to illustrate the value of Google solutions, including AI solutions.
- Enable organizational readiness through change management workshops, which combine case studies, insights, and thought leadership from the Value Consulting team. Using the facilitation expertise to accelerate understanding and adoption of Google solutions.
- Lead business storytelling initiatives, which includes facilitating inspiration-to-action workshops, events, and other programs in partnership with the Executive Experiences team.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Sales Engineering, Analytical Leads, Creative Specialists, Cloud, and gTech. Act as the Value Consulting liaison to manage scaled efforts with Marketing and Agency and Partner teams.
- Identify patterns from C-level conversations, innovate and pilot new solutions to position Google as a trusted advisor to clients.
