**Description**Be a part of the Humana Service Fund organization, enabling the success of our provider community with world class services only Service Fund can provide. You will collaborate with market contractors and finance leaders and other customers to understand their business objectives. You will develop solutions to complex business needs and make decisions based on logical arguments to create predictable outcomes. You will execute system updates utilizing Excel and web based interfaces that enable the Service Fund system to execute contract terms. This role specifically applies to the processing and distribution of payments to Humana Value-Based contracted providers.**Responsibilities**Humana is seeking an individual to effectively work with Service Fund customers and translate their objectives into effective actions that achieve desired results.+ Skilled in analyzing data against expected outcomes to determine accuracy and issue root cause+ Develop and communicate actionable and clear insights for customers' transactional request+ Able to prepare concise and meaningful data presentations in excel using simple graphical presentations+ Use appropriate problem-solving, research and analysis tools to collect, and analyze information**Required Qualifications**+ Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience allowed in lieu of degree+ Demonstrable expertise with data analytics and graphical presentations+ Demonstrated ability to translate complex system capabilities into simple customer message+ Demonstrated ability to identify root cause and corrective actions+ Ability to drive self and others to achieve commitments+ Strong written and verbal communication skills+ Financial analysis experience+ Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills which may include; updating/modifying pivot tables, updating SQL connected queries+ Experience managing workload in deadline driven area**Preferred Qualifications**+ Experience in data management, data extraction and data reporting+ Experience working with Senior Leaders+ Experience in provider contract interpretation, and/or Provider Value based financial analysis+ Healthcare experience (provider or payer)+ Prefer applicants in or around the Louisville area, may be required to work in the office occasionally once CDC restrictions have been lifted+ Basic SQL experience+ Proficient in MS Office desktop applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)+ Accounting or Finance degree desired**Additional Information****Remote/Work at Home Requirements**Work-At-Home Requirements+ WAH requirements: Must have the ability to provide a high speed DSL or cable modem for a home office.
