Responsibilities:

• Lead value analysis processes to promote product, service, and procedural efficiencies.
• Partner with clinical teams to evaluate new initiatives and cost-saving opportunities.
• Analyze clinical and financial data to uncover trends and inefficiencies.
• Collaborate with sourcing, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to align product selection with quality and cost objectives.
• Monitor product utilization, compliance, and performance metrics post-implementation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Active Oklahoma RN license or CVAHP certification preferred.
• 3+ years of clinical experience (Value Analysis or Supply Chain experience a plus).
• Skilled in data analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, and healthcare project management.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-functional communication skills.
