Transport guest luggage to/from guest rooms. Escort guests to rooms and inform guests of all hotel services and features. Responsible for attending to immediate needs of each guest upon arrival and follow through attention throughout stay. Thorough knowledge of all hotel services and amenities. May also perform valet services, i.e. drive, park and retrieve guest/visitor vehicles as they arrive and depart from the hotel, courteously, safely, and efficiently according to the hotel's standards. Qualifications Valid drivers license in the state of hotels operations. Excellent driving record Ability to provide legible communication and directions. Previous guest relations and/or training. Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding. High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred. Bilingual English/ Spanish a plus. Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele....Valet, Hotel
