A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Store Registered Nurse (RN) in various locations across the United States. The RN would be working for a Fortune 500 healthcare company with significant career growth potential. This is a part-time, flexible position with opportunities for 40+ hours per week.CompensationThe pay for this position is $55 per hour.Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees after 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.HighlightsThis position is a flexible part-time role with the potential for full-time hours.Opportunity to administer vaccines (flu, COVID-19, MMR, etc.) and provide essential patient care in a community setting.PPE is provided for all nurses.Training and onboarding provided to ensure you're prepared to deliver excellent care.ResponsibilitiesAdminister vaccines including flu, COVID-19, MMR, and others as required.Display empathy and compassion towards patients, customers, caregivers, and colleagues.Lead and motivate a support staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and promote teamwork.Collaborate with others to achieve healthcare outcomes and exceed goals.Adapt to changes in a dynamic healthcare environment.Professionally interact with healthcare professionals and patients.Ensure safety and provide patient care following best practices.Apply acquired knowledge to drive healthy outcomes for patients.RequirementsActive RN license in the state or territory where you will be working.At least 1 year of related nursing experience, including immunizations and patient care.Must be able to adapt to a community healthcare setting.Ability to display empathy and lead with heart.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.High School Diploma or GED is required.This employer requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 by their start date (subject to approved medical or religious exemptions).Preferred QualificationsExperience in immunizing patients and providing vaccines.Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to a dynamic schedule.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate within a team environment.If you think this Store Registered Nurse (RN) position is a good fit for you, please reach out to Shay Billberry!
