Vaccinator - Cottage Health System : Job Details

Include: Employees will be required to perform any job, with related instruction given by their supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodation. Find the patient in the Rover handheld device connected to Epic to confirm patient has appointment. Confirm that adequate and accurate information is being retained and document medication information (brand, lot number, etc.) Administer vaccination and sign off on administration. Observe patient receiving vaccination for a defined period of time. Identify adverse reaction to vaccine and request appropriate emergency response.
